We work as fast as we can on every case and our quickest medication return has been under one hour. However, every case is different and we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe. What we can guarantee is that we'll always do our very best and won't stop working until it's resolved.

What if my employer threatens to fire me?
We help you understand your rights and can communicate with your employer on your behalf. We've helped many patients protect their employment and fight unfair treatment related to their prescribed medication.
Can my landlord evict me for using prescribed cannabis?
No. Using prescribed medication in your own home is not grounds for eviction. If your landlord or housing provider is threatening action based on your legal prescription, we can send formal legal demands on your behalf. We've handled cases involving neighbour complaints and so-called "smell tests" — none of which have legal standing against a valid prescription.
Do you help with driving-related issues?
